Lymaris charged me $1000 upfront in August 2020 to list my condo for rent. However, between August and December 2020, the listing was not in the MLS database or on any of the websites like Trulia, Zillow, apartment.com as promised. I asked for my money back but was told that’s not possible; then Lymaris took a few days to fix these problems. However when I checked again after 3 weeks again my listing already fell off from most websites by mid-January 2021. It was only in the MLS database accessible to licensed agents. There was no listing on those broader/public sites for rental. Lymaris and FEDERATED REALTY (FEDERA) didnt render the services promised and they refused to refund me. I’d not recommend FEDERA or Lymaris at all. I guess the lesson is that there is a reason we pay the agents a month of rent *only after* they have found tenants. They took the money $1000 — and nothing was done and after 6 months, I’m still having an empty condo with no tenant. And my listing is inactive. The experience has been awful with a lot of financial losses.
