DESIGNATIONS GREEN CERTIFICATIONS AHWD®, PSA BIO Eric is passionate about learning, teaching, training, and coaching. He strongly believes the process is more important than the results (except when making wine). Finding success, but not knowing why, can be a scary situation. As a broker and owner of RE/MAX Ready located in the Greater Philadelphia area and as a certified real estate instructor for PA/NJ/DE, Eric loves to share these concepts in the classroom and at the office. Eric enjoys being the student as much as the teacher and truly believes motivation is inspired by the quest to learn new things. He serves as a director for the Local, State, and National Realtor® Associations and has served on many committees at all levels including Local Association President. Staying active and involved in the industry helps Eric learn from the many, many great leaders within his local marketplace, his home state of PA, and across the country. Eric earned both the GREEN (Sustainability and Environmentally Conscious) and ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) designations, as well as the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Pricing Strategy Advisors (PSA) certifications. When not doing real estate stuff, he enjoys camping, hiking, and farming with his wife and two daughters.
