My real estate career began in 2003 with the purchase of a single home and the intention to renovate it. By 2007, my first year as a full-time real estate broker, I managed 10 million dollars in sales and was the top agent at Sterling Real Estate Group. Success continued over the next several years reaching more than 20 million in sales, annually, by 2011. In 2014, I launched redT Homes after three years of developing and selling new construction homes in the Denver Metro Area. From single-family homes to duplexes, townhomes, to condo and apartment communities, I have experience helping developers sell their projects with efficiency. I’ve overseen the entitlement of more than 50 development deals, including more than 1,176 residential units and some commercial development as well. With infill sales totaling more than $579,000,000 and the completion of over 1,300 transactions, along with our wide range of services, redT Homes is positioned as the best resource available in Denver for selling and/or consulting when it comes to for sale development. Nathan transitioned from doing a few renovation projects a year to completing more 40 per year by 2011. In 2012, he started building homes by jumping straight into multi-family construction. Nathan has developed numerous projects to include single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, mixed-use projects, and condo/apartment projects. Nathan has overseen the entitlement of more than 45 development deals, including more than 1,000 residential units and some commercial development. With over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in investment, development, brokerage, construction, design, and property management, Nathan has expertise in the built environment’s full life cycle.
