Vice President of Sales at Covington Homes CHARLIE ROTER Vice President of Sales and Marketing Charlie was born in Venezuela and moved to the United States in his early teenage years. It was a culture change and a much different way of living in Texas, but Charlie and his family happily claimed Texas, USA as their home. From there Charlie continued to move onwards and upwards as he pursued his dreams in the USA. Charlie studied Business Management at Johns Hopkins University, and has an MBA in Business Administration from the Daniel’s College of Business at Denver University. He has over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of areas of expertise ranging from business management, sales and marketing, leadership coaching, team-building, and managing teams in a high paced corporate environment. Charlie has effectively managed sales and marketing efforts in Texas, Colorado and California. Customer focused, Charlie believes in setting strategic direction and helping sales team learn and grow. Charlie comes to the team from Meritage Homes of California, where he was the Vice President of Sales for Northern California. Family, Faith, Friends, Integrity, Honesty, Compassion, Dedication- these are some of many words the describe Charlie. He has a beautiful wife, two amazing daughters and an adorable dog named Hogan (after Ben Hogan). And even though Charlie is a Texan at heart, Colorado is truly where he and his family call ‘Home’ and they are all thrilled to be back here in Colorado. He loves spending time with family. He enjoys playing golf or spending time at the beach with his daughters. But even more so, he loves to travel, go on long walks with wife, and cook gourmet meals at home
