REALTOR ® Brenda Kilburn has dedicated her entire life to helping others. She has specifically chosen to be a part of industries who provide care, kindness and compassion. Being dedicated to others has always been a staple in Brenda's mission. Brenda grew up in Oregon and graduated from Clay High School. She began her collegiate endeavors at Owen Community College and earned a Registered Nursing degree. After graduation, she dedicated many years as a trusted RN at both locally known medical facilities, Mercy and ProMedica. After working within the medical community, Brenda then went on to study Business Administration at the University of Toledo and branched out as an entrepreneur aiming to please Northwest Ohio residents' taste buds and stomachs. She owned and operated Superior Chocolates in downtown Toledo & Westgate, providing decadent chocolates for all to enjoy. The sheer aroma of the delicious sweets throughout her shop were evidence enough of Brenda's desire to bring joy to her customers. Brenda wanted to further help Toledo residents, so she continued her education by earning a professional real estate license in both the state of Ohio and Michigan in 2014. She greatly enjoys working with both existing homeowners and first time home buyers. Her knowledge of Northwest Ohio is like none other and her friendly, patient, and honest approach to a real estate transaction is of the elite status. Her ultimate goal is to make sure that the real estate transaction is as stress free as possible, gliding her clients to a smooth home selling or buying experience. Brenda is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR® and National Association of REALTORS®. Brenda is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where she is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. Brenda currently gives back to the community by actively participating in various non-profit organizations throughout Northwest Ohio. She is also active in aiding the Danberry Treasure Chest which helped raise $1.4 million in conjunction with her fellow Danberry REALTORS to aid families with a critically ill child.
