I was born and raised in New Orleans and share my family’s passion for Real Estate. From 1998 – 2003, I lived in Northern Virginia and received my Real Estate license and training from one of the East Coast’s top earning companies -- Long & Foster. My career as a Realtor started in the fast-paced, transient tri-state area around Washington DC where I had the opportunity to represent buyers/sellers from around the world, as well as numerous clients who proudly served in the Military. I value the lessons learned from working in an environment which required an understanding of customer needs in an ethnically diverse community, coupled with the challenges of quick turn-around times from clients who often had little to no prior notification of a move. In a very competitive market, I became a strong negotiator on my client’s behalf, and learned to appreciate the time constraints of people who have limited time to relocate. It was a very rewarding experience. When I moved back to New Orleans/Northshore area, I joined in the 45-year-old, sucessful family business of Dale Tynes & Associates. After six years of business with Dale Tynes & Associates, the company joined the Latter & Blum team in hopes of serving more people in a larger area. I pride myself in making good business relations with each and every one of my buyers and sellers. Although I help clients within a 60-mile radius, my specialty is in the waterfront communities.
