About Me:
New Homes Counselor at Beazer Homes Originally hailing from Michigan, my wife and I spent several years in Dallas, Texas attending Graduate school. After seminary, we moved to New Zealand where I was involved in Christian Education and teaching Academic English to foreign University students. In 2006 we moved to Australia where I studied and practiced Law. After living Down Under for 21 years, we moved to Nashville in order to be closer to family. We settled down in Nolensville, TN with our Australian pug. We attend Southpointe Community Church and are loyal Detroit Tiger fans. When I am not buying or selling homes, I can be found golfing, cycling or walking. Although I am not a very good golfer, I still love the game and have somehow managed to get two hole-in-ones. After purchasing homes in New Zealand and Australia, I decided to buy investment properties in Williamson County. Apart from managing these properties, I have a passion to help other people make informed decisions about buying and selling real estate. I am thus not just a Realtor; I am also a property owner and investor who can assist you in buying a rental property or your forever home. As a Realtor, I take my fiduciary relationship with my clients very seriously. As an attorney, I had a fiduciary duty to my clients. I had to act in my client’s best interest and not my own. I also have a fiduciary duty as a Realtor to act honestly and in my client’s best interest. Our philosophy at Keller Williams is simple: clients come first. I rely on referrals for my business and if a client is not happy referring me, then I have not done my job. One of my clients recently commented that I was overqualified, but it was still great to have a former pastor and lawyer in his corner. My communication and negotiation skills, coupled with my passion for serving others has proven to be a successful combination for my Real Estate Business.
