Lydia has worked in real estate throughout her career. She gained experience in financing affordable housing and community facilities, overseeing the home-buying mortgage process, and managing commercial real estate investments across the country. She is also an investor who develops profit-maximizing strategies and understands incentives available for homeowners and investors. Since returning home to New Orleans in 2012, Lydia has worked in several public and nonprofit organizations supporting individuals and small businesses. Lydia earned her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her BBA from Temple University. She is also a proud graduate of St. Mary's Academy, the Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans, and the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute.
