REDFIN PRINCIPAL AGENT After several years in retail & banking, and now 17 years in real estate, I have a unique perspective of customer service. There are many different companies out there offering the same products or services. The only thing that makes one stand out as different from the rest is their quality of service. I pride myself on a long record of satisfied clients. They are more than just another customer to me. Many become friends and sometimes as close as family. One of my clients called me "the best realtor ever!" My goal is for all of my clients to feel the same way. My goal is for all of my clients to feel the same way. To acheive that goal I provide above and beyond service to each and every one of my clients. Some agents turn their phone off at night or on the weekend. Mine is always on. If I can't answer emediately, I'll call you back as soon as possible. I hate lack of communication. Buying a home is a stressful time and your largest investment. My job is to make you feel as comfortable as possible about the whole process and I can't do that if I don't stay in touch. I've even taken my phone and lap top on vacation. Call me crazy, but I love what I do and who I do it for. I've been known to help clients paint, wallpaper, decorate, stage, even move or bring them lunch while moving. Whatever it takes to get the job done and make myself their Realtor for life. If you want someone who is "NOT THE AVERAGE REALTOR" then I'm your man. As a Acredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) I have had special training to assist buyers through the process of purchasing a new home. This also gives me an advantage when listing your home for sale because I know what buyers are looking at and how to best market your home for the right price.
