Before launching her real estate career six years ago, Kemper taught yoga and helped the studio grow from one to seven locations. She negotiated lease agreements, managed the build-out of new studio locations, hired and trained new instructors, managed compensation for over 200 independent contractors, and prepared monthly and annual financial statements. Kemper brings each of these skills—in addition to the sense of calmness she developed as a yogi—to each of her real estate transactions.
