About Me:
Owner of Mitten Realty Group, LLC (MI), Seven Five Title, LLC, and Joseph Walter Realty, LLC (MI, OH, FL, GA, AR, TX)) I have been involved in real estate since 1999 as an investor, landlord, property manager, Realtor and now I am currently then Broker and one of the owners of veteran owned Mitten Realty Group, LLC with my business partner Gary Brincat (a veteran of real estate for over 20 years and a 7th degree black belt). We are both Multi-Million Dollar Top Producers each year. We focus on the Southeast, Michigan area, but also part of the boards/MLS for Western, Michigan (GRAR) Northern, Michigan (NGRL) and Water Wonderland Board. We can service the entire lower peninsula of Michigan. Our business has expanded to include Inked Title, LLC which can help with title and closing services in Michigan (and soon outside of MI). Our real estate business also included Joseph Walter Realty, LLC which has brokers licenses in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida with many more states coming on board. The veteran owned part came to be when In 2010 I took a short break from real estate and joined the Army at 34 years old. I spent until 2013 as artillery and infantry, with time in Afghanistan in 2012 as part of the last combat units in country. After leaving the Army, my passion of real estate re-emerged. I have also been helping friends, family and referrals with consulting for startups and ongoing businesses. I have been an entrepreneur for a long time, allowing me to understand what it takes, the good, the bad, the ugly, the successes and the failures. I use my experience to help others achieve their business goals.
