About me I have lived in Nashville for over 40 years. Prior to being in Real Estate I was a company officer for several restaurant companies purchasing over 50 restaurant sites for various companies. I graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Marketing. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, golfing including volunteering with various youth programs, traveling and piloting in spare time. I believe in treating people with dignity and respect and putting God above all else. Professional I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I specialize in the purchase and sale of single-family residences to home buyers. I have lots of experience with purchases of investment properties; our company’s property management division manages 80 properties for investors. I know the ends and outs of every aspect from background checks, to leases, to software, to maintenance issues to evictions to making sure owners and renters are happy. With Nashville growing so fast, new construction is on the rise and I have been very fortunate to be working from the ground up on many large projects and sold lots of brand new homes, condos and zero lot lines as a result.
