About Me:
Alexander Theocles is a senior sales associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Warren Residential. Alex started his real estate career in Boston as a rental agent learning the business in 2008. During this time, he attended the University of Massachusetts Boston studying economics. In late 2010, he saw an opportunity in the South Florida real estate market and decided to get involved in larger ventures down south. He was appointed to head of asset acquisitions for Delavaco Properties LP, a real estate investment trust based in Toronto/Fort Lauderdale. Alex specialized in analyzing and acquiring single-family homes and multi-family properties in Florida and Georgia. The company then decided to sell the single-family portfolio and put Alex with the task of selling the portfolio. Between 2010 and 2019 he has done over $200 million dollars in sales. Alex currently is Top 5% of real estate agents in both Massachusetts and North America. He currently holds a 2019 President's Circle Award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
