Owner said, 4 fireplaces, one working. Then the cottage has electric & water line is run . The green cover flush with the ground is a pump to forward sewer and waste water to the city sewer. Owner states thatch-follows directions from the city engineer. There is a high water table and the sub basement does get seepage after a heavy rain.
